Chili Spiced Filet Mignon with Garlic Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 4 Prime cut Filet Mignon
- 1/2 cup Chili Steak Rub
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 1 cup Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped for garnishing
Instructions
- Coat each steak with the canola oil. Salt, pepper, and rub the steaks with the steak rub. Let sit about 20 minutes to set up rub.
- Heat grill to high heat, +500° to sear steaks.
- Add steaks to grill and let cook until bottom is seared, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over and baste with butter mixture as the steaks cook.
- Once second side is seared lower temperature to 350 degrees and let steak cook to desired doneness, continuing to baste with butter mixture.
- Once done, let steak sit to rest, about 5 minutes. Once rested, baste with butter one last time lightly and garnish with parsley.
