Coat each steak with the canola oil. Salt, pepper, and rub the steaks with the steak rub. Let sit about 20 minutes to set up rub.
Heat grill to high heat, +500° to sear steaks.
Add steaks to grill and let cook until bottom is seared, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over and baste with butter mixture as the steaks cook.
Once second side is seared lower temperature to 350 degrees and let steak cook to desired doneness, continuing to baste with butter mixture.
Once done, let steak sit to rest, about 5 minutes. Once rested, baste with butter one last time lightly and garnish with parsley.
